Sam Nimah

Sam Nimah, CEO

After several years as an executive at two Fortune 100 companies, Sam Nimah, MBA, CPA became the CEO and owner of TriVent Healthcare in March 2014. While healthcare has always been one of Nimah’s passions, he also fell in love with the positive clinical impact the company has on its patients. Currently, he serves on the Board of Advisors for The Center for Supply Chain Management at The University of Florida and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization of Palm Beach. Nimah earned his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Florida and his Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Phillip Morris

Phillip Morris, Chief Business Development Officer

Phillip R. Morris joined TriVent Healthcare in 2014 as Director of Clinical Services and has worked his way up to Chief Business Development Officer. Morris has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry ranging from critical care and international travel medicine to executive management and business development. Prior to joining the team in 2014, he served as Vice President, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for an international medical assistance company. Morris earned his Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Alabama, Birmingham and currently resides in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Jennifer Walton

Jennifer Walton, Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer Walton joined TrIVent Healthcare in 2015 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Walton brings over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, human resources and IT. She has held several positions for public and privately held companies, as well as small to mid-sized entities. Prior to joining TriVent, Walton served as Vice President and General Manager of Southern Specialties, a produce grower and distributor in South Florida. Walton earned her Bachelor of Accounting from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York.

Emily Hilliker

Emily Hilliker, Vice President Clinical Operations

Emily Hilliker joined TriVent Healthcare in 2022 with over 20 years of nursing experience in a range of unique settings, including cardiac and intensive care. Prior to joining TriVent, Hilliker grew through the ranks at Sound Physicians where she served as Director of Clinical Performance. In that position, she managed 21 hospitals and focused on quality outcomes and patient improvement. Hilliker earned her Bachelor of Science in registered nursing from East Carolina University and is currently working on her Master of Healthcare Administration from Aspen University
